Sky Dynamics Corporation has a variety of machinery that enables us to do all of our own in-house production. From bending tubes, to forming metals, to heat-treating, we have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment and tooling available to complete your job.

ENGINEERING Our technical expertise and experience in working with aircraft materials can be a valuable asset to your manufacturing process. From a simple question to a complete engineering analysis, we are available to suit your requirements. The wide variety of engineering projects we have completed gives us an incredible amount of experience that can substantially shorten your project's development time. We maintain a complete in-house quality control system and our manual is available for your inspection. As complimentary procedures, we perform such testing as Rockwell Harness, Strength Analysis, Magnaflux and other NDT as well.
	Additionally, we offer complete CAD design and analysis. Our ability to produce accurate part and assembly drawings allows us to evaluate structural, flow, and packaging concerns prior to manufacturing. We also produce dimensional drawings for manufacturing and approval processes.
METAL FORMING Sky Dynamics offers our construction capabilities in tube and sheet metal forming. In addition to standard aircraft tube bending using our 12 mandrel benders, we do a considerable amount of bulge forming, metal stretching, and compound forming. We are also able to perform many metal finishing procedures in-house such as polishing, bright annealing, and anodizing.
	WELDING Sky Dynamics Corporation offers job shop and production welding. Our experience in welding aircraft and nuclear assemblies assures you of the highest quality weldments. We are specialists in maintaining dimensional stability, a main ingredient in keeping stresses to a minimum.

MACHINING Machining is another process in the development of many projects. We currently have 5 manual vertical milling machines and one CNC mill to quickly and accurately produce parts in batches of 1 to 1000. Items such as landing gear, wing fittings, and engine assemblies are manufactured to the quality your project deserves. Aircraft parts and kit manufacturers are invited to inquire about our production manufacturing services.
	HEAT TREATING Furnace annealing has become an integral part in the manufacturing process of our products. We maintain two in-house high-vacuum furnaces for heat treating. These large furnaces are capable of pressure levels approaching 10-7 Torr and temperatures in excess of 2000degF. The furnace interiors are kept in an absolute clean condition to prevent contamination in high quality aerospace applications. We also have three alternate gas atmosphere furnaces for lower temperature processes.
	TESTING We are a fully capable aircraft test center with two Engine Dyno Cells and a Chassis Thrust Dyno. All dynos are computer integrated for safe and accurate measurements. These dynos are especially helpful for the development of our new systems, but are equally useful for new engine break-in, prop balancing, and airframe checks. We also have a full digital dry flow bench for testing component and cylinder head flow.

INSTALLATION Sky Dynamics Corporation has an A&P Mechanic and an A&P/IA on staff. We are proficient in not only installing our performance components, but also other modifications, repairs, overhaul, or inspection.
