Sky Dynamics
Corporation has a variety of machinery that enables us to do all of
our own in-house production. From bending tubes, to forming metals,
to heat-treating, we have hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of
tooling available to complete your job.

INSTALLATION
Sky Dynamics Corporation has two A&P
Mechanics in addition to an A&P/IA on staff. We are proficient in not only
installing our performance components, but also any other
modification, repair, or inspection. With hangar facilities at
each of our two airports (VA68 & W90), we have plenty of workspace
available for any project. |

WELDING
Sky Dynamics Corporation offers job shop and production welding.
Our experience in welding aircraft and nuclear assemblies assures
you of the highest quality weldments. We are specialists in maintaining
dimensional stability, a main ingredient in keeping stresses to
a minimum. |

MACHINING
Machining is another process in the development
of many projects. We offer our services for experimental machine
work or production runs. Items such as landing gear, wing fittings,
and engine assemblies are manufactured to the quality your project
deserves. Aircraft parts and kit manufacturers are invited to
inquire about our production manufacturing services. |

METAL FORMING
Sky Dynamics offers our construction capabilities in tube
and sheet metal forming. In addition to standard aircraft tube
bending using our 11 mandrel benders, we do a considerable amount
of bulge forming, metal stretching, and compound forming. |

HEAT
TREATING
We maintain our own in-house high-vacuum furnace for heat treating.
This 5-bar furnace is capable of 10-7 torr with a quick cool cycle and is the heart
of many metal forming operations. The furnace is kept in an absolute
clean condition to prevent contamination in high quality aerospace
applications. |
ENGINEERING
Our technical expertise and experience in working with aircraft
materials can be a valuable asset to your manufacturing process.
From a simple question to a complete engineering analysis, we are
available to satisfy your requirements. We maintain a complete
in-house quality control system, and our manual is available for
your inspection. |

TESTING
We are a fully capable test center with an Engine
Dyno Cell and Chassis Thrust Dyno. Both dynos are fully computer
integrated for simple and accurate measurements.
