We have been building high performance exhaust systems for aerobatic and high speed aircraft for over 30 years.
When designing an exhaust system, we place longevity at the same priority level as overall performance. Because of this, our systems typically last beyond 2000 hours. In fact, we have systems that are over 30 years old that are still flying today. Because we have been able to work with pilots who fly at the highest levels of competition (and abuse), we have fully developed our systems to be both trouble-free and powerful - exactly what you expect from your performance aircraft. The listing below shows our standard production exhaust systems. If your application is not listed, give us a call - we've built hundreds of custom exhaust systems and have probably built one for your specific combination. We keep an inventory of our most popular exhaust systems for quick delivery and most other exhaust system orders are completed within 4 weeks. We offer system options to suit your aircraft's requirements - those components are listed at the bottom of the page. We also work with OEM's for manufacturing original production exhaust systems. Our experience and facilities can provide the highest-quality systems in a surprising short amount of time. The majority of our systems are built for Lycoming engines, though we have built many systems for Continental and Rotax engines as well. **Unless otherwise noted, our exhaust systems are intended for experimental aircraft use only. |
