Aircraft Exhaust Overhaul Parts

These pages represent a sample of the aircraft exhaust overhaul parts that we currently manufacture in-house. We have the expertise, machinery, and tooling to create all types of specialized bends without resorting to "stamped half" construction. Because we are able to perform each step in-house, we can get parts from prototype to production in a matter of days. Also, in many cases we can help you eliminate unnecessary weld joints by combining bends into a single compound bend section. 

 

Mandrel Bends

We manufacture the highest quality 321SS mandrel bends in tube sizes ranging from 0.250" OD to 4.000" OD. We specialize in thin-wall tubing and tight centerline radius bends. We also manufacture bends from 304 and 347 Stainless, Titanium, Inconel, as well as 5052 and 6061 Aluminum. We maintain an inventory of hundreds of bends for quick delivery or we can quickly set up one of our 13 mandrel benders for your unique requirements. Compound and Formed Bends

Compound bends eliminate extra weld joints as well as save time in final assembly. Compound bend sections are stronger and give a more professional look to any exhaust system. The initial tooling costs for producing compound bends typically get paid back quickly due to lower costs per part.

Our formed bends are designed for specific applications in which a conventional bend will not suffice. Compared to traditional stamped-half parts, our hydro-formed bends are stronger, lighter, more consistent, and less expensive. We already produce many of the most common formed bend sections for GA aircraft exhaust and we have the expertise to quickly and efficiently build tooling for new parts.

Flanges & Accessories

We keep a large stock of Lycoming and Continental flanges, weld tabs, heat muff ends, hardware, ball-joints, and many other exhaust accessories.
