About our bends:
We have the ability
to mandrel bend 304, 321, and 347 stainless steel tubing as well as Inconel,
Titanium, and 5052 and 6061 Aluminum tube. We have thirteen mandrel bending
machines with which we are able to bend your specified tubing size to any
degree requested. Sky Dynamics has the tooling to produce mandrel bends from 0.250" up to
4.000" diameter tubing. We use dies that cause no
crosshatch or knife-edge grip marks and leave the bends wrinkle-free to
prevent breakage or weak spots. Many manufacturers promote a heavier wall
thickness, typically 0.065". They do this because 0.065" is much easier to
bend than the 0.049", 0.035", or 0.028" tubing that we use. The heavier wall thickness will add
additional, often unnecessary, weight to your system. For more technical

While 321 Stainless tubing has long been used in the aircraft industry for
it's incredible heat tolerance, it is also very popular with automotive
turbocharged applications where it can be used in place of thick-walled lower
quality tubing.
The list of bends
below represents the more popular bends available but in no way represents our
limits. Most of the bends listed below can be sold in a lot or as a single
bend. Bends that are marked by an asterisk (*) are sold on a request basis
only and in lots of 20 or greater. **Quantity discounts are available on all
bends, which can greatly reduce unit pricing**
