About our bends:
Our bends are made
using 321 and 347 stainless steel. There are ten mandrel bending machines
with which we are able to bend your specified tubing size to any degree requested.
Sky Dynamics has the capabilities to bend tube up to 3" diameter. We
use dies that cause no crosshatch or knife-edge grip marks and leave the bends
wrinkle-free to prevent breakage or weak spots. Many manufacturers promote
a heavier wall thickness, typically 0.065. They do this because 0.065 is much
easier to bend than 0.049 or 0.035, but the heavier wall thickness will add
additional, often unnecessary, weight to your project. For more technical

below represents the more popular bends available but in no way represents
our limits. Most of the bends listed below can be sold in a lot or as a single
bend. Bends that are marked by an asterisk (*) are sold on a request basis
only and in lots of 15 or greater. **Quantity discounts are available on all
bends, which can greatly reduce unit pricing**
